Refunds and Returns Policy

We hope you love your Myokine product. However, if there’s a problem, we’re here to help.

Refunds:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns if your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products unless the item is faulty or damaged when you receive it.

To start a return, please email team@myokine.uk with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any standard delivery charges.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note, delivery costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a replacement, please follow the returns process and place a new order.

We currently ship within the UK only, using Royal Mail and Evri services.

Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 working days.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

No. UK shipping only, so there are no extra fees.
